If you want to find out how much you could make selling your old mobile, simply input your model the search box on our trade in homepage and pick your device from the results page. Select your device from the list and it will provide you with a quote value. We will send you a pre-paid envelope to put your device in and send it back to us. It’s that easy!
The majority of devices traded in with GRADE MOBILE go on to have a second life, either within the UK or in another country. Devices will either be cleaned & polished ready for re-sale or they may need a full refurbishment to bring them back to life. Any devices that are beyond repair, are responsibly recycled – no devices are sent to land fill.
Your quotation remains open for 100 days, however, due to constant changes in the market value, we can only keep your price locked for 14 days* That is why it is important to send your device to us as soon as possible to make sure you get get the best price possible for your device. If you send in after 14 days, we will update your offer using the current prices at the time.
You have a few different options to send in your device;
1) Following your order we will send you a postage pack, it'll include all the materials you need to send your device into us, including a label you can affix to your parcel. Then all you need to do it post it!
2) On your order confirmation, we will attach a copy of your postage label to print yourself. So should you have suitable packaging already at home, you can send it off sooner.
3) No printer at home? no problem, if you have packaging at home, pop into the post office with your order confirmation. Inside that email is a QR code, so at the post office they can print your label and send it off for you
One last thing, Royal mail also offer a home collection service, so you can book online and never even need to go into a post office to send it off!

Firstly, always back up your data before you send it in, just in case you change your mind or choose to reject the valuation and have your device returned. In order for us to process the device, you must ensure you remove any security features such as iCloud and Google locks. As well as, all pins and passcodes. To help save time and get your money a little faster, always ensure you send your phone in with a full charge.
We use Royal Mail to ship your device - whether it is coming to us or being returned. Our freepost labels cover you up to £150, if your device is worth more we recommend you purchase additional insurance cover as we are not liable for any device getting lost or damaged in transit. Always ensure you adequately package your device and secure the bag or box to help prevent anything going wrong in transit. Should you need to raise a claim, please contact our customer service team at contact@grademobile.co.uk. Please note: We are only able to pay you for your claim based on the accceptance of Royal Mail.
Please do not send any additional accessories with your device, we only need the device itself. Any accessories received cannot be returned. Should you send in the original box (and it is in good condition) we may be able to offer you slightly more in your valuation.
We offer a 24 hour turnaround on Payments. However, we send all our Payments via direct (faster payment) transfer and our customers typically receive their money within 2 hours of your quote being accepted online.
We currently have two payment options, by default we offer a direct transfer into your bank, so we'll ask for your account number and sort code. This way, there are no fees and we can get it to you a little faster. As a back up, we offer to pay you via PayPal and we cover a small amount of the fee PayPal charge us, but it does mean you do receive a little less if you choose this option, tyically 1.9% capped at £10.
Absolutely, providing the device is in the same condition as stated on your order & we have received the device within 14 days. If the condition does differ to what is included on your order, we will revise the quote and send you a full detailed report and make it as transparent as we can to advise any reason for a revised offer - You can choose to accept the final valuation or have your device sent back free of charge.
We perform an impartial review of your device to make sure we treat everyone fairly, we use cutting edge robotics to test a magitude of components in your device to make sure you fully understand the condition of your device.

If you have not received payment for your device or have any other questions, please contact us at sell@grademobile.co.uk. Should our system experience any failures to pay you, you should recieve an automated notification and link to check and manage your payment details. We understand typoes occur, so try and keep it easy for you.
Until you have accepted our valuation, we can return your device at any point. We will return your device back to you free of charge.
